• Return/Refund is accepted within 7 days after received the goods, please contact us first and return the goods according to the return address. If didn’t contact seller and returned yourself, we won’t accept the packages.
• After receiving the returned goods, we will make a replacement depends on our available stock, if not available a refund will be issued.
• If item is damaged by buyer, we will not accept any changing or refunding, hope you can understand.
• To avoid delivery lost, return should be arranged by register airmail/DHL/FedEx, etc., and the shipping fees of return should be paid by the buyer.
• Please make the items remain the original state. We only accept not damaged items.
• OEM Customized product are non-cancelable and non-refundable, but we can discuss methods according to the actual situation , and then carry out detail.
